EXPERTISE

SERVICES

I offer psychotherapy services and counselling tailored to each individual. I have been working as a supervisor both in the statutory service and private practice since 2001.

My goal is to help people free themselves from negative patterns of thinking and behavior through effective therapy in London Bridge.

My Background & Expertise

As a qualified psychotherapist, I believe that supportive therapy can help anyone navigate emotional difficulties and lead a more fulfilling life. My goal is to equip you with tools to understand your emotions and their triggers, allowing you to become more secure in your sense of self and better able to control your responses to life's challenges.

I am a member of UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and have maintained an established private practice in Central London for over 30 years. My initial training was within the statutory sector and the NHS, and I am qualified as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist through the Guild of Psychotherapists. In addition to providing psychotherapy and counselling, I also offer supervision for therapists and trainee therapists.

I provide a warm, accepting, and confidential environment in London Bridge. The frequency of sessions is adapted to individual needs, and I am qualified to work on multiple frequencies.

Asking for help is a courageous next step.

Let's uncover your unique strengths.

If you would like to see if psychotherapy can help you with your emotional difficulties, please contact me to set up an initial session. We would meet in my consulting room - a calm and confidential setting - where you can feel free to share your situation, along with any confusing feelings or difficult challenges.

You do not need a GP referral.

Together, we can explore how psychotherapy could assist you. Sessions are charged at £100. This will provide an opportunity for us to discover whether we could work together productively.

Creativity can drain your emotional reserves. Therapy can help make sense of complicated feelings.

Relationship Issues

Relationship Issues

Difficult feelings can be overwhelming, but therapy can help.

Anxiety and fear of failure can be crippling emotional difficulties. In a competitive city like London, stress can exacerbate issues such as social anxiety, the inability to unplug from work, or conflicts with colleagues and friends. Seeking help from a qualified psychotherapist can provide valuable support.

Exploring your feelings can help strengthen your communications skills in personal relationships.

Even good relationships can present emotional difficulties, while bad ones can be destructive. If you’re struggling to find or sustain a meaningful relationship, a qualified psychotherapist can help. Together, we can address emotional, sexual, or financial conflicts.

Negative Emotions

Negative Emotions

Difficult feelings can be troubling, but having a safe space to share and explore can be beneficial.

Emotional difficulties such as depression, loneliness, frustration, anger, and resentment can taint your life and damage your relationships. A qualified psychotherapist can assist you in breaking free from these harmful patterns, leading to a more harmonious approach to life.

Negative Emotions

Creativity involves complicated emotions, but therapy can help you explore and manage feelings.

When you feel like you have little to offer, you project that hopelessness to the people around you. A qualified psychotherapist can help you navigate through your emotional difficulties, untangling the roots of your negative self-image and assisting you in rebuilding a more realistic and constructive sense of self.
